  • Milestone Payments: For projects divided into milestones, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. We will, however, review any concerns you may have to address them appropriately.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to deliver the service you purchased due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Service Not as Described: If there is a significant deviation from the agreed scope of work, we will review your concerns and, if valid, may offer a partial refund or a corrective solution.

  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method, which may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start: If you wish to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or administrative fees.

  • During Project Execution: If a cancellation is requested after work has begun, we will review the amount of work completed and may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

Please note that some services are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed Work: Once a project or campaign is completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

  • Third-Party Costs: We are not able to refund payments made to third-party vendors or platforms (e.g., advertising costs, software fees).

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations and strategy sessions are non-refundable.
